I took my car in for its annual inspection, and overall, I was quite pleased with the experience. The staff were knowledgeable and took the time to explain the results to me. I felt like they genuinely cared about the safety of my vehicle. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps offering some complimentary drinks in the waiting area—it would make the wait feel even more comfortable. But aside from that, I would definitely return next year!
